across the street from the University of Hawaii at Manoa campus.

From Waikiki Beach, it takes about 10 minutes by car.

In Waikiki, go to Kuhio Street, and find a bus stop on the side of the hill (as opposed to of the beach). Take Bus No. 4 Nuuanu (be careful not to take No.4 Waikiki), tell the Bus driver that you are going to the University of Hawai`i, and ask him/her to alert you when it's time to get off (it's common in Hawai`i to do this as most Bus drivers are polite and are happy to do so). On any typical Sunday morning, it only takes about 15-20 minutes. You will get off on the Bus stop close to the intersection between University Ave and Dole Street.
